Meet Fiddler On The Roof Show

Fiddler On The Roof, the sixteenth longest running Broadway production in history, made its Broadway debut in 1964 and eventually earned an astonishing nine Tony Awards. The show quickly gained international attention, and the demand brought forth a film adaptation that experienced huge success in 1971 and four Broadway revivals. The tale is a classic one, based on ‘Tevye and his Daughters’ by Sholem Aleichem and staged in the Pale of Settlement of Imperial Russia in 1905. The story captures the trials and tribulations between faith and family which are creatively brought to life in the highly acclaimed stage adaptation written by Jerry Bock.
